I first saw it as a stage performance at the town and country club way back in 1986. excellent show with plenty of audience participation!

The remake won't touch the original, it was just the right mix and I don't think they're going to be able to do that again.

Some films are just fantasic fluks of chance. Take a look at the two versions of "The Fog" (which scares the shit out of me). The first is brilliant, the second is crap although it's exactly the same script.

I hope they dont remake it... TBH its more really a live production thing, with loads of audience members shouting at the screen...

Ive seen it live in many places in the USA and it was great...

Remake it as a stand alone movie, and you just have a very gay, crap sci-fi film...
