Had a guy join my site today, then he mailed me, saying i had deceived him. His first mail said there were not the 750 movies and 250 pic sets on the site, and on my join up page it states there is. I pointed out they were there if he looked at my archive section. He said yes hed found them, but they were not downloadable, so demanded a full refund. It does not state on my site these are downloadable. Do you think by these not being downloadable, for them to keep, i am deceiving my members. There are a lot of other pic sets and vids on there that are downloadable. Id be interested in your views on this. Thanks.
Do you have affiliates?
Maybe they are promoting the site with "DOWNLOAD THE FULL MOVIE HERE!" or similar that would make it seem as though they are actually downloadable, all of them I mean.
Although it sounds like he is trying it on, tell him bollocks up his arsehole.
membership to a site gives you the right to consume the pics and vids, not own them.
it's become a common thing though to expect/allow downloading.

I will take a punters view.
If I joined your site I would want to download the films. If I could not, I wonder if I would want to stay long as a member.
I guess it depends how long members stay members. If they stay for months then your doing things correct. If they stay one month, then your not.
All my films can be downloaded. For me that works as members stay on average 10 months.
How do you view the archived filmes? Are they in flash format or somthing?

Fuck him. You never said he had a right to own the films. while he's a member he has access to your movies (as promised) when he's not, he doesn't. thats fair in my opinion

Thinking about your point of view from a punters side dv, if all the pics and vids were downloadable, wouldnt they download the lot in a month, cancel, and come back in say 6 months, when there was a lot more new content to download. oh and i did refund the guy, as he was my first complaint, but like you say geezer, i now think he was trying it on.

To me its about keeping people as long as possible.
Its why I keep my sites as AVS as people stay and stat and stay.
Its why those who promote my sites know that once they get somone to join, they will get re-bills for months.
I promote a lot of ccbill sites but many only rebill a month, and thats it.
Its much harder work getting new members than keeping them.

It cant be split up guys, as they come from a seperate feed, that records all my private cam shows. but i think i,ll change the word movie, to cam shows, and state how many downloadable movies i have seperate to those.

The way i look at rebills dv is, im a single girl site, so guys being guys, like a lot of variety. After seeing so many of my pics and vids doing all sorts, and watching me live on cam, they eventually get bored with me, and will move onto another site, where there is something totally different to look at. Unless i was to constantly put up pics and vids of other girls as well ( which im thinking of doing ) i wouldnt expect them to be faithfull to me in rebilling constantly to see the same girl. guys will be guys.

Did you chack your stats and logs to see what he accessed/downloaded before giving him a refund ? I once had a fraud chargeback after the fucker had downloaded over gig of material...

For a solo girl site, IMO you need to have a "diary" (with pics) and bits and pieces about your life and cam shows and whatnot and just bullshit like that so if the surfer falls in love with you, you can give them more of a reason to want to keep recurring as they get to read and see more about your life. Maybe some mp3 recordings of you saying sexy things to them, let them buy you something from a wishlist and take pics of you using it, etc. etc.
I didn't personally get the impression you have that from the tour...and I think that is what makes some solo girl sites rebill better than others.
It's different for sites that aren't solo girl and/or don't have a personal touch and you're selling the surfer on how much video you have that matches their fetish.
