That was alright, we had finished with it anyway. did you enjoy the show? we thought it was a bit quite, needs a bit of zing to put it back on the map. Sorry i missed you other guys though, i spent the early part of the day signing picks/giving away free DVD's to the public & chatting in the trade section.
Anyones who interested in my latest 6hr DVD offer go to
6 Hr DVD Special (http://www.kimsamateurs.com/index78.htm)

I have been only to the Manchester one, so this was my first London show.

It was much bigger and buser than Manchester, but it was a totally different type of people who went. I felt Manchester had far more fetish customers.

It was worth a look. I would have been disappointed if I paid £25 ponds or whatever it was to get in. It was worth £5 to £10, but no more.

But then again, I suspect those who organised it were interested in profit rather than anything else.

Hope you got the train ok, I left a message on your phone in case you missed it.

I forgot where I parked the car, took me a bit to find it.

I got squashed in the underground by a bunch of Germans.

It was nice to meet you again. It was nice in the Albion, a nice bunch. Met a lot from last time. I can see that net TV taking off, but I think they need to get the TV set top boxes out more.

I only desided to go by car last second, otherwise I would have offered to give people a lift.

Next event, if people want a lift, just let me know.

Hi Kim

Sorry I missed you and John this year..

Your input from the "Amateur" side of the biz would have been really welcome,
at the meeting at the Hilton, before we went en masse to the show. There was Terry, DollTheatre George, Tas/Gary, Jim Slip, JK for a minute, Nigel from MAI with Donna Marie, also for short while, as she had to be at the show signing autographs and even Wankstar turned up.. The main point agreed on.. No one is making the money they should be :)

We then got to the show around 4pm and went straight to the trade area or cemetry as it really was. Then they went off to see Jim, and I baby sat Faye, getting to the Albion just after you left.So see ya next year :)

Hi Joe

Our main aim was to see Jim & everyone at the Albion as Erotica was only something to pass the time, for £50 quid though we would rather seen a show or something.
We wanted to meet some of the guys we have never meet even though being 'Pro's' in the industry for 10 years now with a best selling cult movie & 30 more films to be released on R18 we keep ourselves an 'Amateur' label as thats what people want as they got us where we are & we respect that not losing our roots with the public.
Barbie dolls & six packs have had there day.
With the fall of DVD Jim's IPTV seems the only way forward for us producers to earn money.
We will have to arrange a time to have a drink together joe,
i'm sure after Saturday night a few of us will be working together very soon so this should be interesting.
Were off to Tenerife Thursday to make a film & give friends their corn plasters & mature cheese which they can't out there & we get a well earned break.
Glad you found your car DV & thanks for the offer of a lift home. Bye for now!

Kim & John

Hi Kim..

As well as Jims idea... In the States 99% of new Dvd's are becoming available as VOD downloads at the on line stores within days of the films release. They're DRM protected, but why should a punter pay $20+ for a Dvd which he knows nothing about, when he can download it for $10 to see if it's worth it. I'm sure quite a few hackers have jumped on this and are working on breaking the coding.

DRM has already been cracked. Takes less than one minute to do for a 30 min movie.
