RDeclined sales are getting out of hand - Last few weeks we have been running at 60% declines -
There are only 2 choices to cascade within the ccbill system - Segpay and Epoch.
Who are you cascading with and why?

I am working on a new site and I won't be "cascading" I will just add as many payment options as I can, I might even stick password by phone on there :)

I even logged into my old Verotel account today so i can add Tickets Club.

CCBill and Verotel with Segpay to come....maybe. Why, are they no good?

We do have a CCBill cascading with Epoch, unfortunately we had some small issue which CCBill support is still trying to figure out. I made a test signup with my own card (amount was 19.84Euro, or $29.95), and that transaction was appeared in CCBill stats as 29.95Euro.

Nope, we don't use Geo billing feature, furthermore that transaction was made through Epoch. And I just checked statement of my CC, transaction amount is 19.84Euro, and Epoch support confirms that.
