Heard about it before but never used it myself. It looks interesting.

sure does, if the free version has all these gimmicks and offers networking, it'd be a charm. nearly like the good old days on Lotus Notes.

Ah... Used to use Lotus a lot when PCs first came out. Remember Lotus Organizer?

tried it several times, sucked at keeping it updated hence making it pointless really. i'm just as bad with paper organisers though.

1-2-3 OTOH i remember most fondly.

just installed Revolver Mail on the kids' PC, fuck me, that's an awesome thingie. you install it with the admin account, then when each user logs on, RM acts like its freshly installed, they can each set their main account which you can then stuff with additional mail accounts of yours, none can see the other's mails. i'm in fucking love there.

an absolutely worthy outlook replacement, if not better by far.

I should think so, outlook is a wanker.

not necessarily. i'm on outlook 2002 and haven't had any issues that i can think of. obviously one should have the preview window disabled and the security settings of the system high - both are a given with any software though.

revolver mail can act as a network mail system though, like outlook does when it's run via an exchange server.

I've never really used outlook, was just never a fan. Eudora is nice
