Its not even bloody cold!! I just been to the supermarket in a T-shirt and a pair of trackies - ok I got some weird looks mind you from a bunch of old dears but then I always get weird looks anyway so who knows, maybe it has nothing to do with my attire. Its funny to see people poncing around in huge coats, hats, gloves, scarves (well I think there are people hiding in there!) at the first sign of some frost! And I thought Northerners were made of tougher stuff..............

Just been out and bought some winter coats. It's pretty cold in Manchester but I have an indoor toilet and central heating.

Come on, the festive season just isn't the same without some snow and ice and all that. I am going to feel so sorry for you when it's Christmas day and you are having a barbi in the sunshine, while everyone over here is having a proper dinner inside and watching the snow pile up outside :chillpill

Believe it or not mate I'm not your sterotypical Aussie. My parents and family are born and bread proper British folks. We'll be doing the full Christmas lunch + dinner inside with full traditional Christmas fare. Roast meats, turkey, 5 veg and Christmas pud. Fuck the skippy BBQ bullshit. :crown:
