Used to work for a large e-commerce site run by hasians who would only promote there family and friends within the company that was fun !
No one seemed to care about that however if it was the other way round they'd have been in court in no time !

TBH positive discrimination has allowed some under-qualified morons into positions they don't deserve... Lee Jasper was one (IMHO).
OTOH some companies have no-blacks policies and those people should face prosecution. It's a difficult line to tread.
in this day and age, would any private company really discriminate and potentially loose profits by employing an under-qualified person over a person of better choice but of a different colour?

When was the last time you saw a non-chinese person working in a chinese takeaway or restaurant? or an Indian restaurant for that matter,like wise when did you see an asian or black person working in an English chippy?

All the cafes are Polish these days (why can't Poles make a decent sandwich?) My local chippy is run by Turks and my corner shop is run by Pakistanis! :noway2:
