View Full Version : I just cant bloody help myself sometimes
for the first time ever i have more domains waiting to have a page made than i can handle so i had the great idea of making a universal holding page for those undeveloped domains, i decide to take a small break and surf for a bit, what do i end up doing? buying more names!
i brought those via godaddy because i want to spread my buying evenly among the registrars i use, i brought a co.uk and a .com but only the .com is showing at the moment, does co.uk's take a while to appear on your account in godaddy?

you talking about a template you use on every domain? if so, care to share what you slap on it?

letting a load of decent domains go at the moment tbh
was spreading myself to thin.. couldn't give quality time to all of them
focusing on a limited number of key feeder domains this year
was "binge buying" domains occasionally, downside is all the renewals
come in at the same time.. fuck renewing rakes of parked & low earners

all i personally would change is doing away with the coming soon part at the beginning, as it would be the first bit that gets shown in a SERP.
and maybe, rather than just telling the surfer he will find the bestest porn site, a keyword spammed bit of text, geared towards the planned niche of the site. nothing wrong with giving yourself a lil head start.

thanks, the idea is to just a have a little page i can throw up quickly and move on untill i'm ready to go back and develop the sites but i'll definately change the "coming soon" bit.
BTW the domains i picked up ysterday are greatbritishporn.com/co.uk i was suprised to find them available, good or bad names?
they beg to become hub/portal sites, don't they just.
the .com has been regged before, from 2001 on. do you know what was on it before? archive.org doesnt have anything.
no i don't, to be honest i didn't even check before buying it
