Ok as last week came to a close I ran into what appears to be another looser in the UK who does a deal then fails to complete the transaction.
It makes me wonder if it is time to have shit list where we can can share/check for the loosers, non payers and time wasters.
It also gave me an idea that maybe a webmaster auction / sales page where you can sell off art work designs etc that were ordered and not paid for to the highest bidder so you can recover some lost revenue?

Do you not take a deposit first, say 50%?

no, 99.9% of the time these people are refered to me by exsisting customers, also some jobs mena that you can take a deposit like when sourcing banking services.

Not sure that an extra £1 is gonna help you though is it?

take a deposit. i do not think you will find anyone will not want to.
you could even say pay half and throw in a banner or pay up front and get 2 banners free.

Basically this summer was knocker by a telco for £1,500
This weekend been knocked for the best part of £320 for a tour
- The tour i think i can do one of two things
a) Tout it out to others in the same niche and sell it cheap with a couple of hours labour for changes
b) Use it myself (However I do not have any f'ing content)
