ABC or ABCD Link Trade?

Hello I've seen some posting where it say ABC and ABCD link trades?

What are they? Are they the toplist?

Also what is a 3 way link trade.

ABC trade is a type of link trade arrangement.
Site A has a hard link linking to site B,
Site B has a hard link linking to Site C

As opposed to AB trades where each site links directly back to eachother.
ABCD is just another variation on ABC.

So if u want to get links to site C even if u don';t want to offer links from site C, instead u give links from Site A and then get links for Site C.
