Dogging and the Law
I was thinking today driving home from walking the dog, that they changed the law about 4 years ago.
They made it an offence for sex outside, even in your garden. I believe if technically people (public) can see you then your breaking the law.
As such dogging by its nature is an offence.
As such, I was thinking that if you promote dogging sites are you not loosely breaking the law, or at least promoting an illegal activity?
Just a thought.
In Leeds, the police are now going in car parks and parks at night to catch people doing it.

Interesting point. Surprised that police in Leeds don't have better things to do? Unless I suppose it was a follow up from a complaint where they are forced to follow it up.

Maybe they have seen some nutter in the woods?

If you are out walking your dog in the woods, are you breaking the law? What if you are out walking your dog in the woods and you happen to see a couple having sex, are you breaking the law?

The offense is if your having sex outside.
I know some models do not want to pose nude outside just in case.

They past a few sex laws at the time. The other was stop making it an offence for more than two men to be in a room having sex.
So if you shot two men having sex, just being a camera man was an offense. Or even say three chaps and a girl having sex. This is now legal.
But outdoor sex is not. And so if you film it, you are filming an illigal act.

say you are from neigbourhood watch, securing evidence.
