keep us posted how things work out in this untapped market.
Looks cool... Now I dont play or gamble (Except for the odd call to quizcall on CH5) So Im not gonna give you any advice on that side of things...
But on a html side of things, I noticed you dont have any meta tags, key words or a site description in the code on the page....
Now some people will argue that there's no point... That its not needed these days... And in some ways, I agree...
However having these basic things in the code of the page, will certainly NOT cause you to penalized... They can only help...
So, chuck em into the mix...
And as I said, good luck !

I got some German punters a few years back and am still earning money from one of them...
Have been spending that last few months developing a global gaming tournament www.callplayandwin.com which I hope will be popular in Asia not least since they are even more gambling mad than we are :-)

On the good side - while this government appears to be anti drugs and anti porn, despite the supercasino debacle, it certainly seems to be pro gambling (to make sure those hard working families Brown always harps on about have an outlet and a hope for a better future I guess).
On the other hand, how long before the BBFC (or some other crackpot quango) decide to get involved in online gambling and pull the ladder up from affiliates?

The problem with poker sites (and also bingo too) is that they have been promoted to death.
Ie, ch4 had a poker show and heavily advertised one sites, and others do the same. Also many sites have links to them.
So your realy picking up the crumbs.
If you got in on the start you would have probably picked up custers with ease. Plus these were the ones who were realy into poker and this went on more/spent more.
Now the bubble has burst. Ie, you no longer realy have those in the usa available plus a few years ago it got realy realy trendy to play poker, but than seems to be trailing off.

Its unlikly.
The goverment invited all the poker sites to the uk for the tax.
Also I am not sure people get such a gamberling problem with poker sites as other forms. I personaly think the national lottery is the worst of all.

Yes, but those flash banners for poker could constitute a video work, what with all the motion elements - I am wondering if these works will need to be certified at £900 and £6 per minute and put behind an AVS in case they corrupt people?

I will have 5 poker sites up by the end of June, there is no harm in trying.
