Thats a tough question. How do places like Myspace handle that? They got into a lot of trouble for letting kids get attacked.

You have to show that you are at least taking steps to prevent the bad things from happening.

Ideas
• You could partner up with organizations that are against that type of activity and display their logo on your site.
• Have technology in place that flags you of certain activity on your forum

Who do you have to show this too? The forum police?
