Damn, he had issues but never thought he'd be an early death. :smoke:
Sad day for someone, someone who has actually heard of him I suppose
Did he have a fight with Giant Haystacks?

I'm sure if someone who has no clue who I am is told I'm dead, yeah they will probably say the same.

Yeah, agreed fake to a certain extent, but I'd like to see anyone on this board try and do what they do and still call it fake. :)

:wtf:
I used to go to the Seymour Baths to watch the wrestling in the 60's on a Sat afternoon, when Kent Walton did it for ITV....
Jackie Pallo was my man as he is/was from Highbury :)
They was the good old days when 10 pin bowling was on, on a Sat lunch time and we had steam powered b/w tv's..

Jackie Pallo was on TV last night when Honour Blackman knocked him out. Do you remeber that? :)
I once saw Kendo Nagasaki fight Mick Mcmanus at Camber Sands :boxing:
Then Mick McManus got hit by some old lady in the audience. My dad pointed out a few years later that it happened every night.
fuck I must be old I bet none of you remember Kendo Nagasaki or Mick Mcmanus

Lets face it. GIANT HAYSTACKS was the hardest. Big daddy was just some fat old tosser. When I was a kid he was about 800 years old then

Steve Logan died recently I think. Wasnt he always Mick McManus tag team partner

I think you will find Big Daddy was the hardest, he did kill a man in the ring.
Mick McManus, of course. Always looked like his hair was painted on.

I know I know...
He used to say Goodnight John boy
For those old enough..
Kent Walton dj'd a programme called Honey Hit Parade on Radio Luxembourg in the early 60's. This was a pre recorded programme with a live audience done at the old Pye studios at Marble Arch.. I can't remember how but I used to get regular tickets for that..
He also did a lot of the early pop shows on tv..
God I hate being 57, and remembering all this crap
