xcite-tv has said that they are off to Rome (jealous as fuck… :( ) but with the late purchase of the new place here our Christmas plans have been turned on their head. We now have nothing planned, no guests for Christmas, no trips away, it’s quite strange actually.

Does everyone else have their Christmas plans sorted? Are you doing anything special at all?

I'm not doing anything special, I never do. In respect of how I spend the day, it probably won't be that much different to any other day of the year :)

Yeah that'll be about 1am Boxing day, I always enjoy a proper Xmas dinner, so Turkey and sprouts in the afternoon, but I'll be peckish later :)

One thing that makes it different is the HUGE sign ups over the holiday period :)

Yep, but only if it's cooked right.

My mum used to put her turkey on about two days before Xmas (slight exagaration) and it would be like eating a ball of cotton wool, dry as fuck :lmao2:

precisely.

xmas is a load of stinky old cunt. if it wasn't for the kids, there'd be no dead wood wasting space.

no need for any special date for treating yourself and the ones you love, is there.

As I get older I am starting to enjoy Christmas more now. Sign-ups go through the roof plus it's (usually) good to spend some time with family and enjoy some excellent food.

I don't see a lot of downside?

you mean the traditional everyday roman game which also incorporates 'speed dating' - not what you might think, here it means chatting, flirting and more window to window, wheel to wheel, in the fast lane... and no, i'm not in rebibbia
