Actually i wouldnt get up at 4 to watch them if they were playing in my garden...

Quote borrowed from Bill Shankly "If Everton* were playing in my back garden i would close the curtains"

*I am sure were he alive today, that would change to Manchester United

Yes, it is. They're getting married soon.

The only chance of me getting up at 4am is if I want a piss.

Should be an interesting wedding!

I thought Manson and Dita married earlier this year. I can't think what she sees in multi-millionaire Marilyn Manson though

SGS... I know I'm sad... LOL... But that's all that's on after Paramount closes for the night, apart from the new ABC1 channel on 281, which shows almost the same programmes as were on Paramount a while ago...

Joe, you need a big demanding woman that keeps you busy and far too tired to know anything about Bill re-runs in the middle of the night. :)

Marry someone and then get her to hold the bottle. :)

You must live in a very quiet part of London not to get disturbed?

SGS...

Very high security block of flats on the Thames by Wandsworth Bridge on the north side:) I face the back of the building.. I have a few celebs as neighbours here for that reason :) Even the bailiffs can't get to me unless they have a court order..

The only noise I hear is now and again, planes above as we're on the Heathrow landing path and that starts at 5.30 - 6 am so I'm up any way...

I've always been a night person. Before this, when I was in fashion I'd be clubbing/dj'ing till 4 am most nights and get up at 7.30 - 8 am for work.

It's a doddle... LOL

Best of both worlds :)

Surprising how few people give piece and quiet a priority when living in the city.

The only noise here was when I bought my place. It was originally a 3000 sq ft shell. My next door neighbour took 2000 sq ft as she has 3 kids. She's also the ex wife of Tim Geofrey's partner at the Hamilton Gallery, where I got to see the Carlos Clarke and Newton exhibitions.. Someone else bought the whole 3000 sq ft above us.. It took so long for that to be finished.. My next door neighbour and I had to put up with the builders above for 3 more months after we both moved in and it took us both over 6 months to get our places done... Then our upstairs neigbours moved in and we discovered they were alchies.. Almost every night for over a year they would fight, argue and it sounded like they were throwing the furniture at each other.. LOL...

Apart from that.. If it wasn't for my views of only looking over my neighbours terraces.. I could be living in the country it's so quiet :) The only kids in the block are mainly in prams.. It's paradise in town :)

Sounds great :)

Now that we have this last place here up for sale we would ideally like to buy a flat in London when prices have sorted themselves out a bit. We both like to spend as much time in London as we can and there is just so much for the kids to do there as well.
