Hi folks

can anybody point me at a 2257 statement which incorporates provisions of the UK Data Protection Act

2257 and UK data protection act have no relevance to each other. There would be no conflict between the two.

Can you find a pornographer who has been prosecuted under the data protection act for proving to his clients his content is legal. Might be one but not one I've heard of.

My understanding of the law from what I've been told is you are allowed to give the information to someone like a client. Otherwise no UK shooter could sell work anywhere as most people in ADULT require proof of the models ID.
