This is the case in just about all of the EU apart from the UK and especially so in getto areas which are now forming or where imagrants are entering or crossing the borders.

Until the French Gov't spends more money for educational programs, jobs, and social activities this will not happen......Gov't not spending enough on all sorts of things that we need as a society happens all over the world, people are fed up and have no problem taking it into their own hands......

Gov't is greedy and if they say they don't have the funds it was usually spent on redecorating their homes, dinners, limos ect..... I know this problem happens in canada all the time.....

It would still happen no matter what educational programs they were to put in place as the French are not the type of people to take on board any type of political correctness at all. They are pretty consistent in that they hate everyone and have done so since long before Napoleon.
