i was picking up a sat nav that i ordered.

the woman say soon it will be good friday.

so i naturaly said, i take it thats another day staff expect to have a paid day off. and that they should ban the lot of these pointless holidays, inc chrismass.

she got upset.

i said surly you agree that its a discrace that workers expect to be paid not to work and that no one is paying business owners not to work, so why should there staff. clearly she did not agree, nor did the other twits who joined in the conversation.

i pointed out that as a small business i am now unable to access the postal servise or banks this friday, which is coursing me major problems.

i then got her telling me how hard she works, then she created a bizare argument saying she was a mum so she was working 7 days a week.

at this point i thought i could completly distroy her by pointing out that it was her chose of life (ie not going to university, getting married, getting up the duff...) that had led her to the position she was in, and that she should not expect me or her employer to pay for that.

i was also going to point out that due to her lazy ways and expecting to get paid holidays all the time, that the consumer of tesco has to pay for it via an increase in the food, thus the poor (ie elderly) suffer due to her. but then i looked around and relised that by this point 30 or so people were stood listening and that they all clearly opted towards her view point, and my managment position could have meant me being dufed up.

i think deep down she knows i was correct and will be spending the next few hours pondering life and that she has wasted her life.

What a prize idiot. You are discussing bank not working with floor staff in Tesco ? You could 'distroy' her ? What a sad little prick.

A couple of questions for ya,

You are aware that Tescos has a policy against the abuse
of their staff, verbal or otherwise?

Why is she lazy?
Clearly the opposite is true by virtue of the fact that she is working
and had to serve you, that in itself deserves double time for the woman.

Why do you need the postal service and the bank on a national
holiday? I would have thought with your self professed management skills, and I use that term very very loosely in relation to you, you would
have procured all the first clas stamps you may need to cover the
Easter Break and you would have also withdrawn any monies that
you would have needed for the Easter Break.
There is of course ATMs should you run short of cash and there are
also courier services that will work bank holidays to deliver that
all important package and or letter.

Finally why do you call your self a small business owner?
