As I don't deal with CCBill or Epoch I would like to know if
they offer the facility, for you the webmaster, to block certain credit cards used by people that either habitually make charge backs or use
credit cards that you believe to be a stolen credit card?

Let me clarify the stolen credit card bit. I have seen webmasters advise each other of the names on stolen credit cards being used so they can look out
for them and try and stop any potential charge backs and the associated
problems.

And how easy is it for you to add an independant processor to the
cascade billing service they both offer?

I have contacted both directly, a couple of days ago, but still waiting for
an answer.

I dont "think" you can add cards in advance, but with the ammount ccbill and epoch proccess, they are more likely to be blocked. Having cards declined is one of the major grumbles with both processors, but its often for that exact reason

I can only speak about Epoch, but I know their scrub uses about 120 something proprietary checks to stop fraud. This includes liason with police/card company lists of black listed, stolen, compromised cards.

If it's a nicked card, I doubt either CCBill or Epoch would process it. That is really one of the reasons they charge 15%. To pay for the constant development and refining of the scrub.

Yes and I think I pay for his fuel on a monthly basis....

Epoch do allow for you to blacklist cards....

We offer a blacklist database API. We have a large database with credit card numbers, emails, phone numbers of people that are known for fraud. We also can supply a fraud scrubbing system.
