Paycom / Epoch wire payments

Are they kind of irregular for anyone else? Our CCBill wire arrives in our account like clockwork every Tuesday, but Paycom's is all over the place. In the last month I've had wires from them arrive on a Monday, twice on a Friday, and once on a Wednesday. And the Wednesday one was 3 weeks late. Last week's payment didn't arrive on Friday, nor did it come yesterday, so I'm left guessing as to when we'll actually get it...

Definately weekly i've been told. First payment is 2 weeks in arrears.

With the $200 minimum it's paid weekly, two weeks behind..

They are working on an improved payments report in their stats and... I hope I live long enough to see it.... LOL. I get paid in to my ePassporte acct. as it costs $2 instead of $30 for the wire

Money arrived late last night. Glad I've got it obviously (I can eat now) but it's dammned annoying not knowing exactly when it will be coming in.

I don't make it to this board often enough, but I wanted to drop a note into this thread and re-introduce myself to anyone who may not know me.

My name is Rand and I am the communications director for Epoch, Paycom, and Paycom EU.

Mattyboy - Your response on this thread is correct. Paycom and Paycom EU's payout schedule is once per week, two weeks in arrears. There is no minimum payout amount for contracted Paycom clients.

DavyDude - I'm glad you found your wire deposited into your account. Paycom EU clients did experience a delay in payouts of one business day that even we were not aware of until Monday morning when we resolved the problem immediately. As for the wire you received on a Wednesday, I looked into this matter and I believe you will find that this was an issue with your bank and not with Paycom's wire transfer or payment schedule.

We get ours paid into epassporte but we havent had anything paid in yet :(

Hey man, thanks for the reply. I'm not overly concerned about this really, as long as the money arrives we're happy, but it would still be nice to have a definate payment day that we can depend on. So far we haven't seen any real pattern to our payment dates other than 'usually sometime early in the week'.

Am I right in thinking you pay out your EU clients on a Friday?
