so, what is nochex's stance on adult?

so, what is nochex's stance on adult? I have read so many different things. I have used nochex in the past and found it to be great. I would love to use them to take website subscriptions and/or sell one-time downloads.

I think their stance is that they will not process for adult videos, DVDs or video downloads?

I thought they were just banning payments for physical adult items, eg DVDs. But as we don't use Nochex I've not looked into it very deeply.
