when the affiliates i referred make sales, these are not shown under 'transactions', is that right? the only way i can see their sales is under 'referred affiliates' and i only see the sale amount they made, not what i am getting?

When you check under "Referred Affiliates" you see all their sales so, depending on whether you know the % you get for referrals from each sponsors, you can work it all out that way. That's the only way I know.

Thanks.

This sucks. It would be nice to see them under trainsactions with my own sales. But oh well no big deal I guess.

Looking forward to the update Mark - as much as we love CCBill, the admin pages aren't the easiest to navigate. Still, they're better than Paycom's :p

Anythings better than Paycoms stats... I had to phone them to find out where info was and they didn't know themselves.... LOL. They are still writing the scripts so we can check our payments from them... DUH.

I know I praise CCBill all the time and I have to say that next to the old AC/EGS Pay stats they are the easiest to go through. I keep driving them nuts to make the last coloumn in the stats "NET" to be the real figure. That total doesn't include their % or hold back taken and due back. That's the one thing EGS had. We knew from the last column what we were going to be paid. At the same time their programme was written after consultation with their wm's when they asked us what we wanted from the programme. CCBill has been around for a lot longer and for them to make changes means a lot of re-writing I'm sure :( Hopefully we'll see that in my life time.. LOL

Yeah the gross amount on CCBill isn't a very useful figure without a net amount alongside it. I have to sit there with a calculator to figure out what we've earned.

Talking of EGS Pay I had a wire from them last week 2 years and 6months after they closed down. When they said they where going to still process rebills I didnt quite expect it too last this long. I wish all processors that closed down where that honest and paid what they owed.

I think it was only $100 or something accumalation of the last couple of months :) I think there is 3 recurring memberships I keep meaning to cancel them as I feel a little guilty as I know they havent accessed the site in the last year but I cant even remember my egs password.
