Hmmm....yes. Pegg was an interesting choice. His Scottish accent has got to be better than James Doohan's. Strangest Aberdonian accent I've ever heard. (If Scotty was truly from Aberdeen.) (And that's a whole fucking can of worms right there.)

Great! a geek boner that I have to lug round for a year! I was really dubious about Pegg as scotty too but now that's he's a bit older and carrying a little weight I don't think he'll be that bad actually once you've got that haircut on him it'll look alright. Really not sure about Chris Pine though.

i remeber when i worked at the cinima and we had a star treck film. it was nerd night.

one lad used to be soooo sad that he memorised the ships nombers and all the techincal aspects of the ships. he would come up to me and get excited and tell me all about the lastest film. i had to ban him from speeking to me and made him walk past me head down in discrace for being so sad.

it still gives me shudders when it was nerd night. lots of fat blokes in heavey metel shirts, long greasey hair, thinbking they were cool.
