Anybody heard from Tigger?

Since he moved to Spain he has not been posting.
Anybody heard from him? I know it takes a bit of time to get
a broadband connection in Costa del whatever but surely even the
Spanish don't take this long.

I saw that he was on here a good few weeks back as he logged in although might have been from a Cafe in Spain as I know he was expecting a very long wait to get hooked up.

Lucky sod is probably sitting by the pool right now (Or tending to his Coi Carp)
