It wouldnt surprise me, im freezing already!

Although im not looking forward to being stuck here if theres a lot of snow. Out of 4 winters i've spent in scotland i've been very very lucky that its not been too bad.

Global warming will cause the UK to get colder in the main. With only us living far down south in mediteranian conditions. Becuase the thing that keeps our climate warm is the gulf stream, that will stop and so the UK will pretty much be in an ice age. But serves you right if you live up north anyway :titanic:

All I know is that the last few years holland had a terrible summers, while the news says this year was the hottest ever...yeah right. Maybe in average temperature, because the winters ar not extremely cold anymore. So maybe that's because of the global heating. But I don't friggin care about the winter, I want a hot summer...

this whole planet is screwed up and it was more prevelent when the Tsunami hit and it has been going down hill ever since.....but I remember in the last few winters with the exception of last winter that it got warm in January and the tulips and buds starting coming out then we went into a deep freeze again.

The planet is fucked and we only have ourselves to blame, we as a whole do not do a good job of taking care of the planet, and I think it will never happen.....)c:

Do you really think insignificant beings like us can cause climate change on a global scale...The climate of this planet changes naturally and has done for millions of years.. We think far to highly of our own species !!!

I have read that the north and south poles and the whole earths magnetic field will flip (total 180 degree change) this is caused by the planet passing through a photon beam. This process takes years and has already started.
The year 2012 is the one to watch for (allegedly)
The effect on climate, animal and human life will be immense.

But here's the good news. and the unbelievable bit!!
those of us that come out the other side will be better human beings

There's nothing going on.. the earth naturally goes through these cycles. In the short time (100 years or so) we've actually been tracking weather how dare we think we understand the patterns the earth goes through over thousands or even millions of years.

Ya know there once was an ice age, and there once used to be rains in eygpt, and there will be again, when ever the earth gets to that part of the cycle, whether it be thousands or millions of years to get there. I personally don't think there's "anything" going on. Just nature taking it's course.
