I cant believe the news I just heard here on dutch radio:

a few years ago some guy shot a 10 year old kid because he threw a snowball at his car. He got 15 years for that and 1 year for owning a gun and dealing 300 grams of cocaine. But the guy went to the dutch supreme court and guess what: NOT GUILTY!!!! there wasn't enough evidence! And the only two witnesses withdrew their testemony....how fucked up is that!!!

What would your worst wish be for this guy?

that's a good point. But what I don't understand: he was sentenced before going to supreme court, what happened to that evidence? And why did the witnesses withdraw their testemony?
