An experement with non-nude fetish. 2257 needed?

I'm building both smoking and feet/toes fetish sites. I'm shooting the content myself, but I'm not sure as yet weather I'll be posting adult material for them. I'd like to experement with non nude fetish, so do I still have to run it as an adult site? do I need 2257 etc?

There will be a member’s area. Can anyone advice on billing for a non-nude? Perhaps something a little cheaper than 14% :thumbsup:

2257 only applies to images that contain "actual sexually explicit conduct" and now that "lascivious exhibitions of the genitals" has been withdrawn from that definition, pics that contain nudity only are also exempt from the record keeping requirements of 2257

What about the adult bit anyone? At what point do you have to put an age restriction/warnings on the site? Is it anything more than titties? I'm guessing boobs are ok because the newspapers get away with this?

BTW, these sites will be promoted via print publication - not the net, but if I did want to set up a links page with other fetish related sites that were adult orientated, how’s this work? Is a disclaimer stating "when following a link out, you do so at your own risk etc..." going to cut it for a non adult site?
