Just got thinking about this... Usually Im a one man band.
I do all I can myself, and hate to rely on others...
A few years ago, while working for a big studio in LA, I was forced to become a 'Team Player'... Great on paper, but shit in reality...
Instead of just doing A followed by B, followed by C... as i would normally do, I did A, and then found myself having to wait for someone else to do B, unable to do C, until they had finished... I could have easily done B myself, but I couldn't... So I hated it!

IM NOT A TEAM PLAYER ! But.. Are You ?

To be honest, no. I can work in a team when there's no egos, no backstabbing and everyone knows their shit, but that doesn't describe many of the teams I've worked in.

I prefer to work alone, I can concentrate better. With teams people seem to mess up with their team communications and tend to screw a lot of stuff up and they spend a lot of time trying to hide their screwups. But no one will admit that they've screwed up.
