Well they are certainly right it took me less than 30secs to find this "Nazi Porn" pic on google images
I would say if you were a German webmaster and going by German laws and others outside were not following those laws they need to to trade in your country, you would 100% agree with them blocking google and any other sites breaking your laws and making it impossible for you to make money

Problem is, to use a german site, you need age checking by their post office before you can access any german porn and as soon as you do, you can access google etc, so there's no real benefit to locking the surfers in for a porn webmaster.
Just glad we don't live in Germany.
Huch is a bit of an arse head and well known for his stunts amongst german speaking webmasters.
funnily enough, german surfers do know about google.at and google.ch, as well as yahoo and it's local versions. and they actually use it. ;)

the germans know two levels, FSK16 and FSK18. FSK16 does not need the face2face verification at all. non-nude and softcore sites are fine.
rumour has it quite some german sites are run by austrians and swiss folks.
