If you're getting it from a takeaway then I'd say yeah. But if you're making it yourself then no

I've been making it myself out of jars takeaway is expensive! whats the diff?
Back when I was about 19 or 20 I had a takeaway every night solid for about 8 months or so. No problems.

We've got a cracking take away just up the road... we're in a little village and you'd expect it to do ok(ish) most nights, but every single night the place is packed.
Used to be a Working Mens pub a few years back with about 2 people a night in there...
If you look at the ingredients in even the Ready Meal Curries in Sainsbury's etc, you rarely find any dodgy ingredients... it's mostly just herbs & spices etc... you're better off with a curry than half the other shit in supermarkets.

Not actually true. The main difference is the amount of salt put in preprepared meals.
The difference between making your own curry and a readymeal is like steak to macdonalds if you ask me. Yes, it takes a while, but well worth it.
Also you can make lots and freeze it.
well I did three days in a row and I'm fine I had to take a break though I think I can get one more in this weekend
