I've seen that V slice thingy being advertised on one of the late night shopping channels (shows what a wild & crazy life I lead, eh?)

It might be a good idea for when I've had one too many. :guinness: Trouble is, being the chefie type I like waving really big knives around whilst attempting to look cool (not) :cool:

The culprit - A Sabatier 10". Just plain silly choice for baby carrot :noway:
