View Full Version : Anyone watch Australia Vs the world at cricket?
Fuck me, are the rest of the world just there to pick up a playing fee or what. Lets hope this weeks Test is better.
Load of fucking rag.
By the way anyone know if Warn is playing in the test?
watched a bit of it ... seemed odd to see asian dudes cheering on flintoff. Pity the fool that bought sky sports especially to watch this load of old toss ;)

I just dont the the rest of the world team gave a flying toss. all just there to get there pay check. I cant see if thats the best games they can do that its worth watching again
Speaking of pay cheques I heard that the world 11 or whatever their called, got payed like 10-15k each player and australia only got 5k per player. Don't know if theres any truth in it though, was on local radio and well thats like papers most of time full of shat.

Wouldnt supprise me, as they need the big names to pull big numbers on seats. But I would have thought the big names would be worth more money. I know Warn wasnt playing, but Id want to see him more than any other player in the world today

Don't know if he'll play in the test or not. As for the super series, it goes to show that good cricket results are based on good teams and not individual stars - which is why a ragtag bunch of superstars couldn't do what England did this summer - the the whole is much more than the sum of its parts, or however it goes...
Didn't watch any of it, haven't got Sky, could never be bothered with it (will spend much of next summer in pubs I reckon, if they've got the cricket on and a well stocked bar!)
