Its a great resource for new webmasters. I did look but couldn't see they actually ranked SC as a good resource or did i miss it somewhere

I didn't praise spamming other boards, I said the post was a great resource ..which it is ..like it or not. Particularly the blog and review site section.

Once the problems of SC were known to me, I pulled the plug.

I did mention it months before I paid for advertising to specific people on this board, there was no objection raised at that time. and it was dealt with in the usual heavy handed way at the time.
