BRANDNEW: RSS Feeds now live on Strictly!!!

Hello everybody

we are very excited to announce that we have just launched our customisable RSS Feeds on Strictly Broadband! :cheer:

They provide a full list of movies by studio, category or performer, and can be sorted by movie title, popularity or date of publication.

I loged into the members area, but could not see the links.

Couild I sugest that you provide some sort of link generator, rather than having to guess/work out what the links are.

Also I personaly would like to have it set so Ilog into the wqebmasters area artomaticly rather than type a password in each time.

Also some fhg would be a help.

I would also find sample clips a help too, I am sure the studios would be more than happy to provide some.

To me what lets SB down at the moment is that there are no samples (from what I can see) for people to see.

One thought also is why not let people also orfer the dvd from you too. Unless I am wrong, people cannot save the films to watch later (ie 14 months later).

Personaly if I watched a film on your site and liked it, I would want to buy it. I wonder how many of your customers go off and buy the DVD from another site.

Surly you can sell them outside the UK.

Personaly I would want to watch the film if I liked it on tv.

Surly you would benafit twice as you get can first for the streamed film, then also for the DVD.

The DVD covers are in the feeds... front cover (small), front cover (large) and back cover (large) are all in there. So is the description and the cast list.

The data is there in custom fields... excuse my ignorance on this but don't these blog tools accept these?

well i'm using wordpress MU and Autoblog, all it picks up is everything between the description tags and the title, i do have the full feed working at RSS2Anywhere after a bit of jiggery but that only works on thumblogger blogs.

well i have it working fine now to an thumblogger blog but i just cannot get it to feed a MU blog, anyone had any WPMU sucess?

Tried to get it running in RSS2Anywhere this morning but can't get it to add the feed to the database... giving me errors... not sure why though...

There must be a tool somewhere that can import rss feeds with extra fields into wordpress... I'll do some googling
