Ok, I picked up the card, read it, etc..
This is the prepaid voucher card issued by permanent tsb bank.

You can use it with any company/website that displays the "Visa" logo. If a refund is required, it would have to be dealt with through the company that you made the puchase from... no chargebacks. Looking good..
So, then I rang 3V HQ and asked about any companies/websites they were dealing with.. I was told they have some issues with online gambling sites, no mention of adult sites.. yet...
