American firms

I get the impression American firms try to please there customers, by offering them what they want.

If I look at USA sites its all about the customer.

While in the UK, its all about what the firm wants. I am totally fed up with being treat like crap and being made to feel your lucky to shop there.

An example being I went to Asda the other day. My card did not work in there shitty card machine (works at every other place and enough funds in the back), so stupid bitch on counter buzzes stupid bitch with way too much make up on, who thinks she is important as she has sucked her managers cock, so she can become a supervisor.

30 mins later I am stood looking a twat, while people cue up.

Stupid bitch supervisor says sorry it works now.

I thought, is that it. Never been back. Never will.

If I go to the bank they are closed early or on holiday.

I phone a UK call centre (any) and I end up holding on for hours.

Allan the crux of your post would make sense if you were using an decent example but as Asda IS an American owned company it falls down a little.

Not all of them, Mc D keeps the best locations for itself.

Oddly enough my husband works for the company that the swipe machine talks to. It's his job to keep the computers running that say yes or no to a card.
