Anyone making any $$ promoting free sites?

Starting tomorrow, one of my affiliates is dropping 90% of their free to join sites.. They paid 1 dollar per valid email that signed.. I thought it was lame at first but it turned out to be easy to promote... and now, I will be taking a pay cut :( Does anyone know of any programs like the one i described?
