I think it would be a good idea to add the quick reply option and I also think you should lose the message preview boxes.

I like those quick reply boxes too....but congrats on running a very fast board, makes life a bit easier!

Do you not understand the workings of this forum?

I am talking about the mouseovers on messages, just put your curser over a message and you will get a "Preview Box" with a summary of what the message contains.
