NatNet are indeed first class with most tickets being answered in under 6 minutes. Pricey but first class.

Being first class helps you to make money. Nothing less will do.

I've not used these guys but I've seen them being recommended on other boards, I'll probably give them a go for any new projects I have because of the crazy server space and bandwidth being quoted.

Other than that I use
www.skilledhost.com
www.webgemshosting.com

Servage?

All I seem to see are complaints, especially about sites being taken offline when they reach the daily limit of 11 gig.

I've looked into Servage myself and there doesn't seem to be too many reasonable complaints. The support and uptime looks good. The major complaint from people is that the 330gb isn't really 330gb, but 11gb per day. I can understand people being pissed off when their website is taken down for going over 11gb on the first day of the month, so it that respect it's misleading. I'm still going to give it a try as my traffic currently isn't anywhere near that level and even at 11gb per day seems a good deal for the price.

We're with www.realitychecknetwork.com - good 24/7 ICQ tech support and decent, fast, fully managed servers. They do virtual accounts too of course if you want something small & inexpensive to start off with. Mention me if you contact them please :)

Powerstorm specially as their help is amazing... www.powerstorm.net . Kevin who runs it, has had to put up with me and all my probs.... LOL

When SGD was hacked and taken down.. I signed up with them the next day, and was uploading the site within 5 mins, while still sorting out a hosting plan on the phone. They're based on the East Coast of the States and Kevin is on ICQ UK hrs...

you know, you cannot link to pics called Racks.jpg and not have it show a bust. :D

anyway, that's a mighty warehouse you have pictured there. i'm not quite sure what a hoster would have to keep in stock in such large numbers? i'd expect a smallish supply in hardware and the rest as just-in-time orders?
