It would be interesting to see what the Coalition in this War On Terror would do if lets say middle eastern people traded pictures of dismembered yankees to obtain their desired material.

These reports are all over news sites and not just the smaller ones. Not much of an interest by the public has been raised yet though.

If these reports on cruelties on other nations and their people keep on and are true as they have been before, is it still only the responsible of the people whose government it is?
