taking on some of the advice given from my last design (about image cropping, using real text and similer) ive made a second gallery

i havent sorted meta tags on it yet and theres a few other things i still need to work on but i would like everyones opinion on this and anything i can do to make it look/sell better

You will still need a minimum of 15 pics otherwise it will not be accepted

thats fair enough, im looking more at design atm, get that sorted and then move onto things like picking the right content and number of pics/adverts from tgps and so on

What I used to do is use some graphics of the tour and make the gallery look like the tour, ie use similar colours and such , there's a nice header you could use here

I'm sure they wouldn't mind, and it looks so much better than the banner you have .

one thing i always used to try to do when i did galleries was make the background colour the same as the sponsors site

Having the text there is better than the image of text you had before, but its not obvious the text is clickable. Rather than make the whole text clickable as you have, make an obvious link with a call to action in a different font colour and underlined.

I'm not too up on current rules, but some places (especially link lists if you did free sites) may well consider that blind as you are not telling the surfer they are leaving that site, so you might need to use something like:
For More Jizzy Faces
Visit British Bukkake Babes

You still need some alt text and meta tags too.

I wouldn't use whit either, it can be a bit bright when someone hits the page and they are in a darkened room with their trousers round their ankles.
I would also stick everything in a 750 table, I think they look much better lke that. Also have the table a different colour from the background.

I was going to say have a call to action with that text and link it, I didn't even realise the text was clickable until nottslad ppointed it out, so that needs to change.

Another thing is; don't keep tweaking a gallery, build, submit, forget.
You have the basics so just submit and make the changes on your next gallery. As long as the gallery has the correct amount of thumbs and the right sizes and amount of links etc to get accepted, then just crack on.
