By the way, the difference is the last two pics of each set.

Changing only 2 pics to make extra fhg's? Any person who has seen one and comes across another, will not see those last 2 pics - He will close the page.
I don't know how others work - I do this - I have bulk folders which contain a min 50 images and 25 video clips - When I make up new fhg/fhvids, I randomly take out all I need - I rarely number the new "set" in the correct order, so the chances are much higher of the surfer stopping and looking at the set - I keep about 100 "bulk" folders for each site (less, of course, if the site is new), and when I make up new galleries, everything is done randomly, so the chances of repeating anything are pretty minimal -
No one has mentioned it so maybe its my end but they load really really really really slow for me, about 2 minutes :noway2:

That was REALLY slow... Not slow like... 'Not quite fast enough...'
But slow like you REALLY need to look into why that is...
Possibly the slowest page load ive seen in months...
And thats not a 'dig'... Just a genuine observation.
You look at the size of some of those slices, and you can see why.

they should not be slow as they are on there own server.
lets see what the teck guys can do.
although i think when i got my sites set up before on the first server some of you said they were slow, but then the tecks did somthing and it went faster.

So with luck it will speed things up.
While they're doing that you'll probably want to optimise your galleries as well. The template is all gif files when parts of it should definatly be jpg.

When you have images that have lots of colour variation (photos) jpg files are much small than gif.. so yes they'll load quicker, they'll also not look all 'spotty' like the gifs do.
Also it's a good idea to cut your slices a little bigger (looks like you have a grid type thing going on) though not too big that will increase the load time.

Depends on the image.
Gif only has a maximum of 256 colours.
Jpeg is "lossy" (isn't as sharp image wise)
Rule of thumb:
Gif = Line art/cartoons where the colours are flat and not many gradients etc.
JPEG = Photos and high gradient cartoon/graphics
Animations also have to be gif (or png) so it's best to keep photos/gradients on a animated graphic to a minimum.

What's wrong with png files? Most underated graphic format ever in my opinion. Obviously you don't want to use then for photos, but there are times when they're better than gifs by miles.

Didnt say there was anything wrong with them.
There are flowers missing on the pics, so you have nipples on show :(
Loaded slow here too - not ultra slow, but about 30 seconds.
Actually DVT I like the design of these galleries... Yeah they load real slow at the moment.. but u can fix that or get it fixed.....
But please Please take the out of focus pics out.... some are good - pin sharp, but others are out of focus... it looks like you've been trying to mess on with soft focus and it aint worked..... Also, whens the last time you had yr eyes tested? Have a mess on with the diopter adjustment on yr camera see if that makes any difference...

i played about with the a soft setting in the art package, i think i overdid it in parts.
DV one day you will realise the value of your content and go the whole hog. Then you will be so rich you can sit and laugh at the rest of us.

Opened link left it loading ...had a shit,shower, shave and shampoo..cooked a beef wellington, went down pub, 3 pints and a packet of vegetable crisps(beetroot ones are yummy), pulled local bike (did the deed .. yup not long I know), kebab, strolled home looked at PC ...page still loading.

The technical photography is very poor and with modern cameras there is no "amateur" excuse. Learn to focus your camera.
The content of the gallery is very poor, you have two pictures in the gallery, one with a bra on holding a crossbow and one with the bra off not holding a crossbow. The girl is good and lively, the location is awesome and the use of both extremely poor.
You have so many options in that location and with the idea that I'm amazed you did not do better. Get her coming around the post, laying on the floor, kneeling, squatting, side ways, move her around the location. Get some variation into the set. She's a sniper on a mission, get the idea?
As a surfer if I hit a gallery I think of it as an advert to what the site offers. If I see 15 thumbs that are all the same I hit the back button, if I start to see images that look the same it tells me what the site is like.

If your going to mess on with pics, make a copy of them and mess on with the copies.... what might seem cool to you looks crap to everyone else....
I looked at all the galleries this time... and they are very samey...... Looks like your messing on with an auto gallery generator.... (I'm doing the same at the moment)... but its far better to make 1 great gallery than 4 crappy ones... so u might want to look at sorting your pics for your gals first...

i told her to try carphone whehouse about the free laptop offer.
the truble is they have a stiff credit check. i failed it.
i told her she needs to ask the bank for a solo or switch card. i said its safer to have one than carry cash.
at very least get one of those prepay ones.
the thing with her is she is very good at getting stuff on the web. i realy do think if she put her mind to it she would make a fortune doing that on the web. i have to be honest i could not get the stuff she has got, she has a real talent and skill for it.
