My guess is it goes back to early years and early boners when sexual psychology was just forming. Probably true of most any fetish I'd think. I see no other explanation for liking smelly shoes, wanting to get peed on, et al. God bless 'em though... they are the people who buy our stuff!

Cotton wool is just wrong. In a similar vein, the worst part of going to the dentist isn't the needles or drills, it's the fucking little tampon things they stick in your mouth. Those things could soak up a medium sized lake & still be bone dry.
