Looks like Iran is next.
Thats probably why they are pulling troops out of Iraq, so they can go to Iran.

I'd say he's right... this has been on the cards since Bush's "axis of evil" speech, and would have happened ages ago if the Iraqis had been less annoyed about being occupied.
this board clearly needs an irony smiley.

Wouldn't it be easier to leave the troops in Iraq as it is next door to Iran?
Saves the troops going all the way home to come all the way back to fight next door to where they were already:noway2:
To say Russia and China are going to be annoyed would be an understatement.
Do we see any benefits from these wars at all? I know we can be thankful for paying for the cost of the war but I don't see us getting oil cheaper, quite the opposite infact!
So do we even see any indirect benefits?

ingrate git. just imagine how expensive it would be without the violence invested to keep the price down!
So do we even see any indirect benefits?

The troop reduction in Iraq is a token one designed to appease the public ahead of elections, not to ready against Iran... and there is no way an invasion would be contemplated, it would be surgical strikes and a bombardment from the air probably lasting a few days... but you will see a serious shitload of diplomatic movement before it gets anywhere near that...

Those permanent military bases they're building in Iraq might come in handy for launching the attack from - purely a coincidence of course.

A sarcasm smilie would be more in order.
What's really worrying is that this IRAN war is being promoted by the French.
