Really? Fuck When I sold my wine bar the starting figure was 2/3 of a years turnover plus any assets, like buildings etc. It was rented and so it was just the 2/3 of the years turnover.

I have had Heffner on my back for the past 5 years over one of my domains -
Several years ago I owned a taxi company and for helping out a client to organise some bbc stuff, he gave me the rights to a book his father wrote in 1928 (the writer's name is Nagiel Farson).
In that book, the term playboy and panty playboy are used quite frequently.
When I got a threatening letter from Heffner's lawyers, I simply said "read the book and if you want to progress with this case, do so" -
Get the same letter from them regularly - They get the same answer -
As for selling my biz - It turns over a million plus a year, but is worthless to anyone else.
