By the way, your sig doesn't work, well the Top List link anyway.
You have http:/// so it doesn't click
not surprised it's cheap, anyone with a reasonably sized car will be too far away from it to read the screen. :D

It talks to you.
It talks to you.
i know it does. and when the radio is off and the passengers don't talk to you it actually works.

What about old people? They can’t hear and if they are in a rush to get back from “Liddies” to see Des on Countdown it’s going to be pretty dangerous if they are all driving with their faces pressed up against the windscreen. Could be carnage.

Its £200. Its not a bad price.
The thing is, I bet tom tom will lower its price too.

Don't most cars have sat/nav now anyway?
GPS sat/nav is also built into the 3g network so anyone who has a cell phone shortly will have it anyway.
No good for me a talking thingie. I have the mrs yakking, the radio on. Im permantly on my phone and with the roof down you cant hear fuck all anyway :)
it now reminds me of 'Clockwise'
'what turn next?'

The cars you buy probably have ;) For most though it's an optional extra, usually around £1000 which is insane considering you can get satnav for £200 now. Factory fitted ones do look a lot nicer though.
I got a Tom Tom & it's changed my life. Ask anyone who knows me & they'll tell you I have the worst sense of direction ever :P

Tom Tom has an excellent display too. I think this is what has made it the program of choice right from the very early PDA's.

Haha, I don't think a Tom Tom would even fit in there.

If I remember correctly those cars didnt have reverse on them. So if you drove forward into a garage to far you could be stuck there forever.

nah. that's what the chrome handles left and right of the door are there for. a firm push, and you are on your way again.
