Just got my biopsy results back after my op a couple of weeks ago and it's mixed news. The very good news is there is no cancer and they've got all of the pre-cancerous cells out. Bad news is that it will probably recoccur some time in the future so my gynacologist told me if I want a family I should do it as soon as possible.
Which leads me to a question - anyone ever bought up a family where Mum and Dad work in the porn industry?

I don't think it matters what job you are in, I bet surgeons don't come home and show thier pics what they have been doing at work all day :)
If you want to have kids then go for it, there is no point procrastanating. If you start thinking abou the the reasons not to have children you will never have any.
I have 5 and although they can drive you up the wall they are also the best things that can happen to you.

The good news is great and all you can do is be on top of the situation for the future.
As to who is bringing up a family where mum and dad is in the porn industry - tons do. Got to make your way in this life as you only live once. :)
So happy to hear the good news, but I would not worry what industry your in. You will be providing for you new family so it should not matter. I am hoping to be pregnant by next november and I never gave it a thought to what I do for that is not important......
You have tons of love so just pass it on, you will be a great Mum no matter what you do for a living :D

as for kids, why the hell not? most people prostitute themselves anyway, by doing jobs they hate just to bring some dosh home. if you are firmly behind your projects, noone who actually counts will have any issues with it. and who knows, in 20 years you may want someone to work with you in your ever grwoing porn empire. ;)

I wish we hadn't waited for so long to start our family, but have a wonderful 9 month old baby boy now, and wouldn't swap my new life for all the tea in China!

Glad to hear you don't have the big C. I can only imagine how relived you must be.
Good luck in starting a family and don't even stop to think about your occupation. It's legal and that's all that matters.

Good news there, glad to hear your ok.
Same as everyone else has said, ther shouldnt be a problem with you in the biz and with a family. Its not like your gonna sit em in front of a screen and blast em with it .... I just hope having kids doesnt make you go bald and fat like me !!!!

Cool news.
I do not think its going to be a problem if you have kids. To be honest most people know what I do, and except the stupid drunk over the road, I have not had much problems.
What I say, is do what feels right to you.
