I was watching the news this morning and all the people evacuating and they are stating that it is a major mess.....people have been stuck on the highways for 2 days, people running out of gas, the airports are being closed at noon today. Even though they got an early start, they were still really unorganized.

Then on top of all of this, north of Dallas where people are still trying to leave a Bus transporting people to saftey blew up and 20 are dead so far. With the bus blowing up, the traffic is backed up even more and people are driving through fields just to get out......

Houston is in Texas, where Dubya reigned for 6 years. Houston is where Dubya's dad lives. anyone really expect they didn't do the best for a certain group at least? ;)

I saw that too. Talk about horrible luck. As if it could not get any worse for them. I am shocked the authorities have not opened both sides of the motorway to let people escape. Its ludicris to think the other side is almost empty
