She is no worse a role model than most parents
People are blaming Pete Docherty for her drug use..when she probably introduced him to drugs
The whole fashion industry will support her as drug use is rife in this and many other industries
The only thing she will be sorry about is getting caught
Who really cares if she uses drugs behind closed doors its her body and health
I do feel sorry for her if its gotten a hold as thats really not nice for her
regretably speaking from past experience of heavy use and a line every 8 mins is NOTHING
you should try that for days on end.... its harrowing
kate.... (like she will read this)if you want to get off the gear love, get help, but only you can do it...
If you dont, tell em all to go to hell and mind their own business
drink and drug abuse is probably as bad in tabloid media circles than anywhere I bet the guy who did the story or took the picture only knew where to look because he uses too and knows the signs....
leave her alone..
Unfortunatly journo's dont live in glass houses when they throw these stones at everyone else
I would rather be Kate Moss than Max Clifford on the day of reckoning
Should we legalise all drugs and take the criminal element out??? not sure
www.filthyrichbitch.com
Damn i forgot we modelled this site on the likes of Kate......lol
Makes me laugh when people talk about celebs being bad role models. She never set out to be a role model, she set out to walk up and down a cat walk and get paid a fortune for it. She does coke because she wants to or maybe now needs to. She isnt doing it to be a role model to kids.
Anyway Im sure parents should be offering kids better role models than girls who's only acheivment in life was to be born good looking and then being spotted at an airport by an agent. Its not exactly solving third world debt is it

HAHAHAHA.......so funny. I have to agree Johny and I certainly would not look to Kate for any kind of role. What has she done? Nothing that I have heard of...... :)

Oh she has only been a top (real) model for 10 or more years and is now worth a reported £30m
more than all of us put together then

So we should make her a role model? A role model is now someone who makes alot of money because they are good looking and tall and skinny? Not really the type of role model I want for my kids.
"Hey kids. Look at theis person and look up to them, try and be like them"
"Why dad?"
"Because they were born skinny and married a Herion addict and then got there own coke habbit. But hey they did make more money then you will because they are taller and skinnier than you"
I would guess that she has been a powder head for quite some time. Those were fat lines she was doing and she did one every eight minutes. Does not sound like someone new to the game. I would only use her as a role model to show someone who needs a burger and a personality ; )

I dont think she married him did she?
I can understand that her using drugs should stop her being a role model but you seem to think that being skinny and tall are also a problem Why shouldnt kids have role models who are slim tall great looking and succesfull is it because thier parents are fat and hate slim people
My wife who is a size 8 gets some serious shit from fat people for being "skinny"

You missed the point totally. Being skinny and tall is NOT a reason for not being a role model. But its definatly not a reason for being a role model.
If all kids are expected to look up to is people who's only contribution to the world is being born skinny and tall and walking around like an over paid clothes dummy, then it doesnt say much for society.
But if its enough for your kids, then great. But for mine I'd like to think their role models may be people who have achieved a little more than being born tall and not eating. Whether they made 10mill last year, 100mill lat year or 1billion last year for the fact that they were born tall, was good looking and didnt eat

why have a pop at her for being thin and i doubt you know her personality
drug problem aside, are we all just a little jealous of her looks, figure, status and wealth and attack her and others with anying that shows our own weaknesses

You keep mentioning her "not eating" how do you know she doesnt eat.
Slim people do eat
Its just a conspiricy put round by fat people that if your slim you must'nt eat and suffer from anorexia
I am not saying she is a good role model but its not due to her being slim or good looking.
So who is a good role model ...people who really achieve top jobs like say our Prime minister or perhaps the EU trade commissioner, people who have studied hard and landed top jobs..should they be our role models???? i think not
Kate Moss has used her gifts to acheive what she has, her figure and looks have got her wealth and fame.
people just have different gifts. Some are athletic. Some are intelligent why should we discriminate because we dont like the gifts some have used to build thier own success
so who are real role models then????

Speak for yourself.
Do you really think that I'm jealous of a stupid young catwalk model living a fairytale life? Looks, figure, status and wealth are the last thing I'd be jealous of, and none of these things make for a better person. They don't gain respect in book either.

I think you missed the point I asked the question "are we all just a little jealous" i didnt say we were.
and i didn't say that these things make her a better person
I was making a point about why she is always berated for her figure and looks
why do you call her stupid? then say she lives a fairytale life?
why have a pop at her for being thin and i doubt you know her personality
drug problem aside, are we all just a little jealous of her looks, figure, status and wealth and attack her and others with anying that shows our own weaknesses
hmmmm the only thing she may have that I might want would be more money....

If you are foreign then I understand that you might be having difficulties with English grammar. Here's the reason behind my previous post, and please accept my apologies for not taking your lack of English grammar in to consideration.
1) I called her stupid because I've read some of her interviews and came away thinking she's a full sandwich short of a pick nick. (That's an opinion)
2) I said she leads a fairytale life because in my opinion she does. Rags to riches and all that Cinderella crap blah, blah, blah.
3) You did not ask the question "are we all just a little jealous?" because there was no question mark after your statement. A question without a question mark isn't a question it's a statement, and shall be read as such.
Anyway, since now I know that you were trying to ask a question I'll say, "no I'm not jealous in any way, shape or form" (And that is fact.)

So your three points are as follows
1, An opinion, so therefore cannot be disputed
2, we agreed on this anyway
3, a missed question mark
well i stand corrected and shall remain a question mark short of a full sentance
I will be happy for you to have the last word if it makes you happy
Bad English grammer again sorry but i am a foreigner (Well Liverpool is foreign to most)
I look forward to the next English lesson
Oh she has only been a top (real) model for 10 or more years and is now worth a reported £30m
more than all of us put together then
but she has done anything outstanding, being a model and making 30 million who cares. There are too many important things than models.....
Why don't you name the models that have done good with their celebrity, would be nice to see the everyday person who has no celebrity in the head lines of the papers doing good.....

She HAS done somethinig outstanding (apart from 8 lines a minute or whatever) She has been the most outstanding and long lasting model over the last decade
and as for "too many important things than models" without them where would we all be
what a daft comment for this forum at least.
Life in general has more important things than us... models are no worse or better than anyone else

 Sorry ‘bout that, Welsh was defiantly below the belt.
I got the pic of your Dad by just randomly picking one the thousands of men loitering outside a pub near the docks. No need to check if he’s your Dad, that’s the thing with inbreeding, they all look the same.
:takethat:
Well here is a bit of news for all the peeps that see Kate Moss as the ultimate Role Model:
Dropped
Swedish clothing chain Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) said yesterday it will drop a planned advertising campaign with model Kate Moss after she admitted to recently using cocaine.
H7M initially said ti would proceed with the campaign, but company spokeswoman Liv Asarnoj said yesterday that "after evaluating the situation, we have decided that a campaign with Kate Moss is not consistant with H&M's clear disassociation from drugs."
She HAS done somethinig outstanding (apart from 8 lines a minute or whatever) She has been the most outstanding and long lasting model over the last decade

being a model once again is not outstanding, big fuckin deal!!! If you feel the need to keep living in a fantasy, please don't drag us along for the ride, it will be time we cannot get back.

Nobody said "ultimate" role model....did they?
And i agree for using illegal class A drugs, big companys like H&M should drop her, after all she broke the law.
And more breaking news is that some low life has reported her to the police so now they HAVE to take action...wonder if they can also charge her with being slim??? keep you happy then i would imagine
So what is an outstanding career choice in your world??
just thought i would point out YET AGAIN that this $800 billion business would not exist without models

Unfortunately it seems for you, to be a great role model, money is the key issue.
Mother Theresa was an outstanding person....think outside the box!

Trust me, no one on this board has got that kind of time, it will be time wasted that won't be able to get back. But thanks for the offer. :lmao2:
